During Team Ortho events, the potential for extreme or severe weather conditions (lightning, tornado, high winds, extreme hot or cold temperatures, ice, blizzard, etc.) can occur. Team Ortho Foundation will do as much as we can to make the experience as safe as possible.  However, if severe weather happens, we may delay the race after consulting with public safety officers.  If a more reasonable delay takes place or if conditions persist, race officials reserve the right to shorten or cancel the race. Entry fees are non-refundable. Please check the website and your email before the race for any changes or cancellations. If you are already at the event, listen to the announcer about any weather changes that may occur.

You can get your bib number at the information table at packet pick-up or on the Bib Numbers page on our website.  You will need this number to pick up your packet.

At Team Ortho Foundation events, racers can always have a friend or a family member pick up your packet and gear for you.  All they need to bring is a copy of your photo ID and your bib number!  We also have options for mail out. Please see our packet pick-up page for additional options.

Yes, you will have an opportunity to check your bags during the Monster Dash event.
